Hey names Alex got on this forum from SVOboy on honda-tech
after this summer probably doing a d15z1 with HF tranny on my 91 CRX HF

sorta lucky cause the tranny is in good shape and the d15z1 and everything i need for the swap is just laying around in my garage

located in the Bay area , CA gas prices are high (about 3.20) and i think this would make a good commuter

What kinda mileage are you getting currently? The HF is a great platform in itself (though the power makes it difficult compared to the z1 for the average driver).

gas is alrite i say around 40-50mpg depending on how i drive

and hows the MPG on your HF-Z1?

My best tank so far was in the low 70's and worst was in the 50's. I would say if I ragged on it all the time, I could get it down into the high 30's. I also think it has the potential to get over 100mpg.
