Since someone was kind enough to introduce me (thanks MetroMPG) :) Let me be the first to introduce Popup.

If anyone checked out the 'time lapse' video on the METRO DISPOSAL link, this was Popup's.

I origionally heard from him when I advertised a XFi engine and trans for sale. He wound up purchasing (the one in the video) my 93 XFi for the drivetrain. Thanks to him, I found my current XFi in VA near his location. Has some good experience and info in regards to Metros.
