here is the dilema
a very crazy opportunity came around and i can get a 50cc bahama 50cc
made by roketa
now my questions are legal oriented
are they legal?
am i legal to ride this thing
what else should i know about this
it only has 88miles on it and has never been rigistered
please help before i lose out on this opportunity
and while we are discussing how many miles per gallon do thes bad boys get

Gas mileage? Dunno.
You will need to go to the DMV, take a test and get your permit. Allows you (IIRC) to ride during the day and not on the freeway. With 50cc engine, you wouldn't be able to anyway. Once you are competent to ride very slowly, you take your riding test.

At least this is how it was when I got my bike license...check w/DMV for latest info/regs etc.
