Yup, the top part of the mount completely broke off the bottom plate part. I removed the bolt from the front side before taking the picture. I had to drive the car 60 miles like that with a big (BIG!!) zip tie holding it together. Thank god for zip ties. =)

Pushing it hard on back roads... hard enough that I would have to keep it floored to keep the rear end from coming out on corners, but keeping in my lane.

That's how the Triumph was. So long as I kept accelerating through the turn, the rear end would firmly be planted down and wouldn't lose control. So easy to learn how to drive it... That thing is hilarious, handles like it's on rails. Can't wait to see how it does with 1,000+ pounds of batteries sunk into it to lower the center of gravity even more.
At least you don't have to worry about instantaneous motor torque at 0 rpm ripping your transmission clean out. I will, on the other hand...
Glad to see I'm not the only one around here that enjoys driving hard for its own sake.
Hope you get this taken care of. :)

Yea, it is nice to have a few cars, so if you break one badly, you have something to fall back on. Here is a better look at the broken bit:
