SVOboy: Look's like a very nice job. Did you put grommet's or anything around the various hole's where you routed wire's? If you didn't, you might want to consider it, at some point. The edges of your sheet metal will, very likely, cut through the insulation on your wires and short something out, at some point in time.

I didn't just because I felt none of the edges were worth the attention. Me with my propensity for getting cut can rub my finger on them all day without anything, they seem to have been created for smoothness, or mehbe it just ended up like that.

It might be a good idea to cut a small piece of wire loom and use that instead of a grommit.

They make a material for doing them, after the fact. It's a white nylong material, with fingers on it. It's sort of like a "caterpillar" like material, where the leg's go on either side of the sheet metal and the body cover's the edge. I don't know if it's available at R.S, or not. I know I can get it at a electronic's part's store.

They way you described the contact point, there should be no problem. Cutting a small peice of rubber hose makes a good grommet if you care. I wouldn't worry about it though.
Looks very clean
Ben, Great work. I only wish I had 1/2 the time and energy that you have.

Don't get so jealous, this was done pre-summer-college-ish. I just got back from my first japanese class and I'm ready to crack, :p

Nice job!
I see some purple and yellow wires over by the battery... tuck em! =)
If you want it even cleaner looking, relocated the batter, get yourself a Si throttle cable and wash your bay.
How's college life treating ya?

Matt's been in charge of the throttle cable for a few months now, :p
I've already got a plan for the battery, but that's got to wait.
Anyway, pretty good, though I've already started ebing a bum about studying and staying up too late, :p
