I tried injecting HHO directly into the intake of my Weedeater outboard conversion at various throttle settings.

There was no difference in RPM that I could detect. However, these little engines have peculiarities that may not be encountered by others. Oil is added to the gasoline, the carburetor is designed to run at any angle, and I have doubts that they have fuel efficiency in mind in the design.
Adjusting the ignition timing is a major project.

I have not seen proof that it works on a 4 stroke, so I don't see why it would work on a 2 stroke, all of the gains I've seen would be best attributed to placebo affect on the driver.
If you really want to try it and be sure about it, get a tank of hydrogen from a welding shop.

I know that it works on gas engines as in the four stroke kind, and i know it works on my buddies diesel truck as he has gained over 10 mpg. My two stroke is oil injected so no problem with mixing in the gas I am hoping some one has tried it on a bigger motor even a dirt bike or go cart. If not i will have to find an old wore out outboard and give it a try.
