All, we are on a crusade to create a voluntary online "Gas Purchasing Union", and are looking for 3 Million members; Yes THREE MILLION MEMBERS... We currently have 15,000+ members and counting. Be sure to have that translated into at least Mandarin Chinese, if not the other prevalent dialects. There's a greater pool of gasoline purchasers outside the US that will willingly step up to buy what we don't.

Hmmm. The buying power of any such 'union' is diluted by the fact that the product is freely available to anybody and there is no shortage of buyers. So you belong to a club that can take its business elsewhere? Get off the forecourt then, there's a queue behind you!
