Description
This is a hatchbach with all wheel steering. It is the smallest production car ever made with a V6 engine. It is very small displacement, so it actually gets better mileage than a 4 cyl. of the same size. It came with a 1.8L V6. It is manual transmission.
Modifications
This car is set up for racing. It has a high compression 2.5 L V6, with more efficient intake, and exhaust. It is about 1.5 inches lower than stock, making it more aerodynamic than a Porshce Boxster. I use 2 3/4 ounces of Acetone per 10 Gal. tank. It has overinflated tires. I have taken some weight out of the car.
My car currently gets about 30 mpg FWY, and has been up to 35, and averages about 25 combined, which is normal for a new '93 MX-3 with a much smaller (1.8l, comared to my 2.5l) engine with much lower compression.
Planned Modifications
MOre aerodynamics, ignition upgrade, Lexan windows.
