Here's my first VX on the day of arrival, but after I removed the driver's side plastic wind screen with a bullet hole (?) in it. The shade hides the dent in the left rear quarter panel.
My first tank driving 95% city (suburbs of Washington DC) averaged 34.1 MPG of pure fun. (269.1 miles on 7.889 gals.) It's been a long time since I drove a manual, or for that matter a car. Beats the heck out of my truck. |
| Modifications |
Plugs were changed to the correct 4F-11 just before fill up of second tank. We'll see how that improves mileage.
Clean, cleaned and then cleaned the interior. Looking good. Driver's seat cushion is drying out and shedding dust on passenger floor.

Need new rear lower control arms and body work.
Dash and shift indicator light need fixng again. Probably just a loose connection in dimmer.
