Description
I bought this Saturn to replace the 95 GEO 3cyl. The Geo just did not do it for me though many here love them and it was too old for a ScanGauge. I had to move up a couple years and really like this Saturn. I get better mileage with the Saturn than I got with the GEO. Sort of odd but I have no regrets so far.

Yeah the image is of my first hybrid, sort of. The trike has a 600 watt wilderness energy brushed front hub motor.
Modifications
Just repairs. New t-stat, new intake gasket, and bolts in the ignition lock cylinder. Is a scangauge a modification? I love that scangauge.
Block heater installed on Feb. 04, 2007.
IAT resistor installed, it fooled the scangauge, not much more.
Reconnected the IAT sensor and hooked up crude heated intake air. Mar. 03, 2007
Installed a font belly pan. It is 4 feet long. Mar. 10, 2007
Removed outside mirrors. Skirt rings on front wheels and skirts on rear. April 30, 2007
Removed belt from alternator. Installed deep cycle battery in the trunk. May 20, 2007
Added radius to front skirt rings. Added some rear belly pan. June 02, 2007
Somender Singh grooves in head squish area. July 13, 2007
Planned Modifications
LC1 wide ratio O2 sensor. Move toward lean burn.
High compression pistons. Flat top would do. Don't know where to get them though.
Retard the cam about 1 tooth.
Smoother hub caps.
Plug hole between muffler and fender and rear bumper.
Anyway to get taller gearing?

Planned may be a strong word for what I dream of. I am dreaming of a fifth wheel that would make this a plug in hybrid.
edit: hybridization becomes more and more remote as hypermiling skills improve.
