This is Saturns "economy wagon". 1.9 SOHC, 5-speed manual trans. It has 200,000 miles on it. It is in better shape than most economy cars with 50K on them. I can get 48 MPG running 60-65 MPH all stock with basic hypermiling tricks.
K&N air filter. I sound-proofed this car. -I removed interior, put Dyna-mat on the floorboards, on the inside of the door panels and inside exterior panels. I put foam inside hatch panel and inside voids. I sprayed rubberized undercoating inside the roof, on the hard to reach areas, on all the seams and inside all the interior panels. I cut carpet pad to fit under the factory carpet. I found a good used carpet and good used seats to install, (the old ones were pretty bad) cleaned evervthing up and reinstalled the interior. Nobody can believe it has 200,000 miles on it. I run the 15" "sport" wheels most of the time to up the gear ratio. (stock wheels are 14")
