Good article on tuft-testing

I know several folks have asked about this, and I found this recommended through another forum. The explanation, while British, and pictures are excellent.

This picture reminds me of the movie "Dumb and Dumber". Jeff Daniels' character drove a "Dog Van" and there is one scene where they come flying over a hill catching some good and the floppy ears on either side looked like wings.
