Need Opinions
I recently ran across this site in the automotive section of my local paper. After looking at the information, I thought I'd pass it along to those of you more knowledgeable than I for interpretation of the info. And, for the record, I am not endorsing this product. If this is the incorrect site to post such info or there is some other problem, I am open to being advised of the correct protocol.

I don't see how adding a restriction is supposed to increase fuel economy.
