gas log

what is the best way to use this tool?
For example @313776.7 od miles I put 10.001 gal in @ 3.19 a gal for a total of 32.01 on 05/07/07 then on the 18th i put 10.324 gal again at 3.19 a gal for a total of 348mi with od meter read of 314125.2 and trip counter 348.5mi then yesterday I put $15.00/4.692gal in it od reading of 314442.3 and 316.9 on the trip. Am i just overthinking the whole gaslog or do i just have to wait i burn the $15.00 i put in it first? If so how do i Track the two other fill ups? or do i just get to track one?

I'm not sure what you're asking but there is a link in your garage that says" add gaslog entry" just put each individual fill up with gallons, miles for tank, and cost. In the comment section you might want to put any info as far as new mods additives or unusually driving conditions. It's a good way to track progress when trying new ideas.

You enter the trip miles, not the odo readings. It has worked pretty well for me.

Just take a peek at other people's gas logs and it will give you some ideas of what you want to put in your's. Just click on the FE part of their vehicle description and it will take you to their gas log. (ie. click the "8.85L/100KM 26.57 MPG(US)" in Bill's Orange Toaster section.)
