unfortunately, google controls what ads appear.

it's also unfortunate that if we removed all of the junk ads, we'd be left with a very small number of ads to show.

If curiousity strikes, click the ads, and then ask if you think it will work. Lots of collective knowledge here.

I will say THIS about that product, it's essentially a PCV catch can with an oxygen intake. That's why I classified it as an air bleed device. The pcv catch can can help prolong the life of your engine, and over time will help maintain good gas mileage. It will not, however, give you a 50% increase.
