XFi mirror caps?

Last year someone tore my passenger mirror off my metro. Thank you mystery vandalizer for reducing my frontal area!

Anyways, Ive seen on the XFi's without a passenger mirror, they have a little cap so there isn't a blank hole. Does that sound right? I have the empty hole with broken threaded holes sticking out and would like to fix that.

Anyone know if the XFi cap will fit on my 95?

LOL, reading your garage entry...
"Car has been smashed around by trucks in a few accidents...cosmetically a horror"

I'm thinking a spot of duct tape over that hole would blend in nicely

The quarter panels are crushed in and one day I got mad at my hatch and kicked a dent in it. Will soon fix those...

I need to get pics up soon..

my xfi had both mirrors so I didn't have a cap on mine. I used a piece of an oil bottle if I remember right and cut it to fit the opening then painted it white and glued it on

An `88 Chevy Sprintmetro came in the shop today and had one of those caps on the passenger. I'm gonna keep my eye's peeled on the net just in case...
