San Jose Police overinflate tires to 50 PSI to improve performance and have realized significant cost savings.....
Great article... I especially like the picture of the Ford Ranger being driven on two tires inflated to 100 PSI.

Since April 10. No problems
Since April 10. No problems here either unless you think that 3-5 extra mpg is a problem. That is mostly due to LRR tires, not just increasing pressure.

I'll make sure my future
I'll make sure my future tires are LRR too. I'm thinking my next tire will be 195/65/15.
You think I should put mine to 55psi or take it up to 60?

Your kumhos are max at 35 right? I had my kumhos at 50 with no problems. I will make no recommendations however. You need to decide for yourself.

you guys have tires rated at 44 and you put them 60+ with no problems. I'm going to stay a little on the safe side and see how 55psi works out.
