SPAM. Please, if you were really concerned about helping people, you would post your information directly here. If you want to make money by driving ad revenue, it's unacceptable to join forums just to post a spam directing people to read your stuff.

Just in case anyone is curious, after you click through a few links to get to the actual information, here's what he's got...

1. DFCO and not powering your way up to red lights:
Quote:
Whenever you approach a red light or stop sign, Take your foot off the gas pedal early and let the engine slow your vehicle. Don't apply the brakes until you are ready to stop.

How does this save gas?

When your vehicle is moving and in gear, and your foot is off the gas pedal, the computer in almost every automobile is programmed to turn off the fuel injectors until the vehicle is almost stopped.

In other words, during this period of coasting, you are burning no fuel. In stop and go traffic this will add up.
This is nothing new, and it's one of the first things we tell people to do here.

2. Add a resistor to your coolant temperature sensor to prevent your engine from running in Open Loop for too long. This one is actually not something that we already discuss here. For that, even though it is presented as spam to drive his ad revenue, I'll grant him that people should go ahead and see it on his page, so here's the direct link (so you don't go through a bunch of ad revenue generating clicks):

It will only help on a vehicle that uses Open Loop too much AND burns far too much fuel when cold, and if you often don't drive far enough for it to warm up.

3. Manually adjusting O2 sensor signal to fool the computer into thinking it's running rich. This is a pretty simple solution to a problem that many HHO users have, but I suspect that doing it without any other modification will result in the lean mixture hurting the engine. Again, because it's not something commonly discussed here, it's nearly reasonable for people to read it on your page and drive your ad revenue, except for the fact that YOU SPAMMED YOUR LINK and you force people to click through multiple pages for information that should be, at most, one level deep.

Well, at least you have something interesting and new for us to see.
